Promoter

1. The Promoter is Prezzee Pty Limited (ABN 16 602 963 422) of Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).

2. The School Holidays Xbox 2026 Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter and is not administered by Xbox or Microsoft..

Promotion Period

3. The Promotion will commence at 10:00am AEST on April 9th 2026 and will finish at 11:59pm AEST on April 22nd 2026 or until the Sales Limit is reached, whichever occurs first (Promotion Period). 

4. The Promotion has a cap of $5,000 in total value of Promotional Gift Cards sold  (Sales Limit).


Eligibility & The Offer

5. During the Promotion Period, purchase a specially marked Xbox eGift Card (Promotional Gift Card) via the Australian Prezzee mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or Prezzee website at www.prezzee.com.au and automatically receive 10% off the purchase price at checkout.

6. The Promotional Gift Card does not expire.

7. The Promotional Gift Card, and any digital gift cards purchased from Prezzee are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant brands and Promoter’s Terms of Sale at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale/ and Terms of Service at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-service/.

8. The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australian states and territories over the age of 18 years at the time of participation. 

9. Customers are limited to one (1) Promotional Gift Card per customer. It is not permissible to redeem this offer more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices or robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods in an attempt to circumvent the rules outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

10. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Immediate family means spouses, ex-spouses, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, legal guardians, siblings or step-siblings.

 Other Terms

11. By entering this Promotion, you hereby consent to the sharing your personal information with the Promoter. Additionally, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Promoter's privacy policy at www.prezzee.com.au/policies/privacy-policy/ and the website terms and conditions.

12. This Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

13. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

        a) vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person;

        b) at any time, request verification of information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provide false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter; and/or

        c) to cancel the gift cards of customers where the Promoter suspects that the terms and conditions have been breached, the customer has redeemed the offer multiple times, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or the customer otherwise undermines the fairness of the Promotion.

14. A customer’s participation in the Promotion is entirely at their own risk. The customer releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance, use of the Promotion and participation in the Promotion.

15. It is the responsibility of each customer to notify the Promoter of any changes in their contact details. The Promoter shall have no liability for a customer’s failure to receive emails due to spam, junk-email, changes in contact details, or other security settings. The Promoter shall also not be liable for any issues arising from a customer providing incorrect or non-functioning contact information.

16. If the Promotion is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Promotion with a digital gift card of equal monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authorities in Australia.

17. Xbox eGift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of Xbox. Please review all applicable retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any gift card(s).

18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales courts. 

19. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion will be directed to the Promoter to help@prezzee.com.

20. Microsoft Corporation (or, based on where you live, one of its affiliates) ("we," "us," "our," or "Microsoft") describes how you can redeem a gift card to your Microsoft account and make purchases using that gift card at participating stores owned by them (collectively "Participating Stores"), including but not limited to Microsoft Store online, Microsoft Store on Windows 10, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 (Xbox Live required), using your Microsoft account.
