Terms and Conditions

Promoter

  1. The Promoter is Prezzee Pty Limited (ABN 16 602 963 422) of Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).
  2. The AmpolCash Spend & Win 2026 Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter. It is not associated with any other brands or related entities.

Promotion Period

  1. The Promotion will commence at 10:00am AEDT on February 24th 2026 and will finish at 10:00am AEDT on March 10th 2026 (Promotion Period). 

Winners & Prize

  1. The Prize will be one (1) $250.00 AmpolCash eGift Card (Prize).
    There will be a total of four (4) winners (Winners), who will win one Prize each. Accordingly, the total prize pool is valued at $1,000.
  2. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of AmpolCash and not redeemable for cash, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, except when required by law. Please review AmpolCash terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any AmpolCash eGift Card(s).

Eligibility & The Offer    

  1. The Promotional Gift Card will expire 3 years after the purchase date.
  2. The Promotional Gift Card and any digital gift cards purchased from Prezzee are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant brands and Promoter’s Terms of Sale at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale/ and Terms of Service at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-service/.

Eligibility to enter

  1. The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australian states and territories over the age of 18 years at the time of participation. 
  2. Entrants must have a valid Prezzee account.
  3. To be eligible for the Promotion, entrants must purchase an AmpolCash eGift Card with a face value of $50 AUD or more on the Australian Prezzee mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or Prezzee website at www.prezzee.com.au using the email address associated with their Prezzee account during the Promotion Period (Eligible Purchase). The purchaser will be automatically entered into the prize draw. No charge is made for entry into the promotion. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
  4. Entries will be accepted during the Promotion Period. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
  5. Entrants are not limited in the number of Eligible Purchases. Each Eligible Purchase qualifies as a separate entry. Any attempt to manipulate entries using multiple identities, email addresses, devices, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
  6. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Immediate family means spouses, ex-spouses, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, legal guardians, siblings or step-siblings.

How Winners are Determined

  1. The Promotion is a game of chance
  2. After the Promotion Period, on 11 March 2026 (Draw Date),  4 Winners will be selected by a computer program which produces verifiably random results (Draw).
  3. The Promoter’s selection of the Winners will be final and binding. No correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
  4. All valid entries will be included in the draw.

Prize Delivery

  1. Prizes will be delivered, paid or transferred to the Winners within twenty-eight (28) days after the Draw Date.
  2. Winners will be notified by email to the email address submitted at the time of entry about how the Prize will be sent or redeemed within seven (7) days of the Draw Date. 
  3. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the Winners. 
  4. If a Winner does not claim the Prize within three (3) months from the Draw Date, the entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct a redraw for a substitute winner (Substitute Winner) at Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 15 June 2026 (Redraw Date)The Prize will be delivered, paid or transferred to the Substitute Winner within twenty-eight (28) days after the Redraw Date.
  5. The Substitute Winner will be notified by email to the email address submitted at the time of entry about how the Prize will be delivered or collected within seven (7) days of the Redraw Date.

Other Terms

  1. By entering this Promotion, you hereby consent to the sharing your personal information with the Promoter. Additionally, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Promoter's privacy policy at www.prezzee.com.au/policies/privacy-policy/ and the website terms and conditions.
  2. This Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
    1. vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person;
    2. at any time, request verification of information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provide false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter; and/or
    3. to cancel the gift cards of customers where the Promoter suspects that the terms and conditions have been breached, the customer has redeemed the offer multiple times, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or the customer otherwise undermines the fairness of the Promotion.
  4. A customer’s participation in the Promotion is entirely at their own risk. The customer releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance, use of the Promotion and participation in the Promotion.
  5. It is the responsibility of each customer to notify the Promoter of any changes in their contact details. The Promoter shall have no liability for a customer’s failure to receive emails or the Bonus Digital Gift Card due to spam, junk-email, changes in contact details, or other security settings. The Promoter shall also not be liable for any issues arising from a customer providing incorrect or non-functioning contact information.
  6. If the Promotion is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Promotion or Bonus Digital Gift Card with a digital gift card of equal monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority in Australia.
  7. AmpolCash eGift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of Ampol Group. Please review all applicable retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any gift card(s).
  8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales courts. 
  9. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion will be directed to the Promoter to help@prezzee.com.
  10. Ampol Group (being Ampol Limited (ACN 004 201 307) is the issuer of the AmpolCash eGift Card. AmpolCash eGift Cards expire 3 years after the date of issue and are redeemable in store at participating stores only.
