Prezzee Business $100 Off Promotion - Terms and Conditions


1. Promoter

This promotion is offered by Prezzee Inc (“Prezzee”).

2. Promotion Period‍

The promotion begins at 12:00 AM on 13th of August 2026 and ends at 30th of September 2026 11:59PM, MST (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside the Promotion Period do not qualify.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is available only to a US Prezzee Business customer that:

  • is selected by Prezzee based on Prezzee’s records as not having completed a purchase during the preceding 90 days;
  • receives the promotion directly from Prezzee;
  • has an active Prezzee Business account in good standing; and
  • uses the unique promotional code issued for that account.

Receipt of the promotional email does not establish eligibility where these requirements are not satisfied. Prezzee may verify eligibility before applying or honoring the discount.

‍4. Qualifying Order

To receive the discount, an eligible customer must place and successfully pay for one eligible order through its Prezzee Business account during the Promotion Period with an eligible subtotal of at least US $1,000.

The US $1,000 minimum is calculated after any ordinary account pricing or commission, but before this promotional discount, and excludes taxes, transaction, processing, delivery or other fees. Separate orders cannot be combined to reach the minimum.

5. Discount

US $100 discount will be applied to the Qualifying Order when the customer enters its promotional code at checkout. The code must be entered before the order is submitted and cannot be applied retrospectively.

6. Code restrictions

Each promotional code:

  • may be used once only and only through the Prezzee Business account to which it was issued;
  • is personal to the eligible customer and may not be transferred, shared, sold, reproduced or published;
  • cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any other benefit;
  • cannot be combined with another promotional code or promotional offer; and
  • expires at the end of the Promotion Period.

Limit one US$100 discount per eligible Prezzee Business account.

7. Eligible products

The promotion applies only to gift cards and other products available and eligible for purchase through the customer’s Prezzee Business account. Products, brands, denominations or transactions identified as excluded or unavailable in the Business Portal do not qualify.

8. Cancellations and refunds

A cancelled, reversed, unpaid, fraudulent or charged-back order does not qualify. If an order is partially or fully refunded and the remaining eligible order value falls below US$1,000, Prezzee may deduct the US$100 discount from the refund or recover the discount from the customer. The promotional code will not be reissued following a cancellation or refund, except where required by law.

9. Misuse and errors

Prezzee may withhold, cancel or recover a discount where it reasonably determines that:

  • the customer was not eligible;
  • the code was transferred, duplicated or used without authorization;
  • the promotion was manipulated or misused;
  • the discount resulted from a technical or administrative error; or
  • these terms were otherwise breached.

10. Technical issues

Prezzee is not responsible for a promotional email or code that is delayed, misdirected or not received due to an incorrect email address, spam filter, network interruption or another circumstance outside Prezzee’s reasonable control. Prezzee may correct a technical or administrative error that results in an unintended discount.

‍11. Changes or cancellation

Prezzee may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary because of fraud, misuse, technical failure, legal requirements or circumstances outside Prezzee’s reasonable control. Where practicable, Prezzee will not materially disadvantage an eligible customer whose Qualifying Order was completed before the change, except in cases of fraud, misuse or error.

12. Other terms

Purchases remain subject to the customer’s applicable Prezzee Business agreement and the terms applicable to the purchased gift cards. If these promotion terms conflict with the Prezzee Business agreement, these promotion terms apply only to the administration of this promotion.

13. Privacy

Personal information used in connection with the promotion will be handled in accordance with Prezzee’s applicable Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

Except where the customer’s Prezzee Business agreement provides otherwise, these promotion terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States.
