The Promoter of this free gift promotion (Promotion) is Prezzee UK Limited, a company registered in England (company no. 12851966), with its registered office at 100 Bollo Lane, London W4 5LX, United Kingdom (the Promoter).

The participating retailer is Marks and Spencer plc, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 00425530), with its registered office at Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW, United Kingdom (the Participating Retailer).

By participating in this Promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Each entry must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.

The Promotion

  1. This Promotion is available to all registered customers of the Promoter.
  2. The Promotion is open to customers resident in the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over and have internet access.
  3. The Participating Retailer is offering a free M&S food gift to the value of £5 (the Free Gift) to the first 800 eligible customers who successfully register their interest in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Promotion commences at 12:00 BST on 27th July 2026 and closes at 12:00 BST on 28th July 2026 (the Promotion Period). Customers must register their interest using the link provided by the Promoter before the end of the Promotion Period.
  5. A maximum of 800 Free Gifts are available during the Promotion Period. Limited to one Free Gift per eligible customer. The maximum value of each Free Gift is £5.
  6. Use of the Free Gift is subject to the Participating Retailer's Gift Card Terms & Conditions, available at https://assets.contentstack.io/v3/assets/bltf298597f74081431/blt85b76ba7bcefbfc8/695cd503c510a0c8cb1acb01/MAS-GB_TC.pdf.
  7. The Free Gift is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is valid for use in the United Kingdom only.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  9. This Promotion is administered by Prezzee UK Limited. Marks & Spencer plc is the Participating Retailer and is not responsible for the administration of the Promotion.

How to Apply

  1. To register their interest in the Free Gift, eligible customers must click on the link provided by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. No payment is required.
  2. At the end of the Promotion Period, the Promoter will identify the first 800 customers who successfully registered their interest. The Promotion will automatically close at the end of the Promotion Period.

How Recipients are Determined

  1. Free Gifts will be allocated to the first 800 eligible customers on a first come, first served basis. Successful customers will be contacted by email by the Promoter from 10:00 BST on 29th July 2026 and must activate their Free Gift by 23:59 BST on 31st July 2026. Any Free Gift not activated by 23:59 BST on 31st July 2026 will expire and cannot be reissued.
  2. The Free Gift will be made available via the campaign link provided to successful customers and must be redeemed in accordance with the Participating Retailer's instructions.
  3. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion. For further information on how the Promoter processes personal data, please refer to the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to request proof of age, identity, residential address, or any other information reasonably required to verify an entrant's eligibility.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or disqualify any entrant and cancel any Free Gift awarded if:
  • (a) the entrant provides false or misleading information or fails to provide information reasonably requested by the Promoter;
  • (b) the entry is incomplete, illegible, offensive, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions; or
  • (c) the entrant engages in unlawful, fraudulent, or improper conduct, including tampering with or exploiting the entry process to gain an unfair advantage.
  1. Directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Participating Retailer, their related companies, and agencies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to participate. Immediate family includes a spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling, or step-sibling.
  2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
