The participating retailer is RAKUTEN TV EUROPE, S.L.U trading as Rakuten TV (a company registered in the Commercial Register of Barcelona, Volume 42153, Folio 87, Page B-401956, VAT number ES-B-65390544), registered office C/Badajoz, 60, 08005 Barcelona, Spain (Participating Retailer). 

 

By participating in this Promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Each entry must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.

The Promotion

  1. This Promotion available to all registered customers of the Promoter. 

‍

  1. The Promotion is open to customers resident in the United Kingdom who are over the age of 18 years and who have internet access.

  1. Participating Retailer is offering a Movies by Rakuten voucher for free (Free Gift) to the first 1,000 eligible customers who successfully register their interest in accordance with the requirements set out below.

  1. The Promotion commences at 00:00 GMT on 19 March 2026 and closes at 16.00 GMT on 19 March 2026 (Promotion Period). Customers must register their interest using the link provided by the Provider by the end of the Promotion Period.
  2. A maximum number of 1,000 Free Gifts are available during the Promotion Period and are limited to one per customer.
  3. Use of the Free Gift is subject to the Participating Retailer’s Free Gift Terms and Conditions, see T&C’s here and the Free Gift holder registering with Rakuten TV.  Rakuten TV terms and conditions of use apply, see here.

  1. The Free Gift is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash and is only valid for use in the United Kingdom.

How to Apply

  1. To register interest in the Free Gift, eligible customers must click on the link provided by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.  No payment is required.

  1. At the end of the Promotion Period, Promoter will identify the first 1,000 customers who had registered their interest.  The Promotion automatically closes at the end of the Promotion Period.

How Winners are Determined

‍

  1. Free Gifts are provided to the first 1,000 registered entrants on a first come first served basis.  Successful registrants will be contacted by email by the Promoter within 24 hours following the end of the Promotion Period.  Successful registrants have until 23.59 on 22 March 2026 to activate their Free Gift.   The Free Gift will be available to be added to the entrant’s Prezzee wallet and can be used straight away subject to the holder completing registration with Rakuten TV.

  1. By participating in the Promotion, entrants hereby agree to Promotor’s collection and usage of their personal information. For more information on how the Promotor uses personal data that it collects please see the  Privacy Policy..

  1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity, residential address or any other information relevant to participation in the promotion of all entrants.

  1. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion, to refuse to accept or disqualify any entrant to this Promotion and cancel the Free Gift provided (if applicable) if: (a) it is found the entrant has provided false information or fails to provide information reasonably requested by the Promoter, (b) the entry is incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions; or (c) the entrant has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise acts to cheat or undermine the fairness of the Promotion by, for example, tampering with, or using or exploiting errors in, the entry process to obtain a competitive advantage over other entrants.

Directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Participating Retailer, each of its related companies or its agencies are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
