Terms and Conditions of Promotion

 

The Promoter of this promotion is Prezzee Canada Corporation of 320 Glenayr Road Toronto ON M5P 3C5 (Promoter).

The promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. By participating in the promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Terms of Service available at https://prezzee.ca/en-ca/legal-pages/terms-of-service and Terms of Sale available at https://prezzee.ca/en-ca/legal-pages/terms-of-sale.  The Terms of Service Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy apply to this promotion and are incorporated by reference. In the event of any inconsistency, these promotional terms shall prevail only to the extent required for administration of the promotion. 
  1. You must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.

The Promotion

  1. The promotion will commence at 9:00am EST on Wednesday November 22, 2025 and finish at 00:00am EST on Tuesday June 30, 2026. (Promotion Period).
  1. The promotion is open to Canadian residents over the age of 18 years who have a valid email address and are not otherwise Prezzee Business customers during the Promotion Period (Eligible Customer).
  1. Receive a unique CAD$10 off discount promotional code (Promotion Code) to be used when purchasing a Prezzee Smart eGift Card to the value of CAD$50 or more (Eligible Purchase). The Promotion Code can only be redeemed during the Promotion Period and must be entered where indicated during the checkout process via the Prezzee website located at http://www.prezzee.ca/en-ca ).  
  1. The promotion is limited to one Promotion Code per Eligible Customer. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the orders if it determines (in its sole discretion) that a single customer has used the Promotion Code for multiple purchases.  
  1. Eligibility for this Promotion is solely within the discretion of the Promoter. Each customer can only use the Promotion Code once. Customers must not use aliases, multiple accounts, or multiple people using the same payment method, or any other activities to circumvent the terms.  

Other Conditions 

  1. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures, including but not limited to any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
  1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage, whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to) indirect or consequential, financial or other loss) to or by you. 
  1. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected claims or other communications.
  1. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time without liability to any person.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity, residential address or any other information relevant to participation in the promotion of all persons. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who provides false information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to honour the promotion for any person who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or if the promotion contravenes any applicable laws or regulations.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise acts to cheat or undermine the promotion.
  1. Directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.
  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Canada and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
